Hi i am 23 years old and i have one child. About a month ago i had a lot of pain where i could not eat i felt sick all the time so i went to my dr and i had a pelvic ultrasound and i had a VERY large cyst it took up my whole left side they took about 2 liters of fluid out and they had to take my left ovary but kept the tube well now i am having pains in my lower back and upper abdomen area and also pelvic pain so i went to my dr and i am going for a ultrasound again to see whats going on. Could it be endometriosis or something else i am not sure whats going on and very worried im not sure if it has to do with my female organs or if it could be something else. I had my surgery on nov 17. If anyone has any ideas please let me know thanks
