Yesterday , I started having a pain in my left testis . This happened after a play(fun fight) with my bro. now when i touch it i feel a slight pain. and i think its position is slight different than that of right one. I want to know that i need a check up or not ? Also could someone answer me whether is it a symptom of a  STD?
