hi boyfriend is in pain with his testicals his pee is bright yellow/orange and has pain down his right leg and his bum the right one is bigger then the left about twice the size he have not hit it or anything but just in pain thanks

im no Dr. but my self have had pain and swelling on my right testicle from a kick to the balls and later in life i had to have it removed. I don't want to scare you but he needs to have it checked by a uroligist.. hope for the best ... bye the way i was told a testicle can survive without oxygen for 8 hours after that one is gone but there are many people out there with one testi and a prostestic can be put in its place it looks real but to the touch it is actually a little hard .
