Hi, recently my son has a small pimple on his neck and when he touches it really causes his testicals to be sore. What could be the cause of this? He has been sent to see an eurologist.

To be frank, I doubt this little pimple on your son’s neck is anyhow linked with his testicles. You should immediately exclude this possibility!
The sore testicles could be caused by something else and it’s a good idea for him to go talk to an urologist. The doc might have a check up, but your son could examine his testicles even before he goes to see the doctor.
Has he noticed the change in size or colour of his testicles? Is there some kind of a pain that he feels? Is he possibly urinating blood? If he has some of these symptoms, he should wait no longer as this might be a problem for the professionals.
Your son should check out if one testicle is bigger than the other one, in that case there might be some kind of a lump. In that case, the ultrasound would be necessary and the doctor will prescribe him the adequate treatment.

Actually, only western, narrow thinking medicine does not see a relationship between seemingly unrelated areas of the body. All of us at one time or another have noticed that a pinch in one place causes a nervous kick in another. I just noticed one recently that scratching my abdomen in a precise place caused a stinging sensation in my thigh. Our bodies are not a collection of separate pieces, western medicine separates them and this is at our detriment. The body is one complete whole, and as reflexologists will reveal, it is standard fractal geometry. It seems completely reasonable to me that a point in the neck (a hub of nerve and meridian points) would reflexively affect the testicles. It could be a coincidence that the pimple is right on that spot, or it could be a consequence. If modern/western doctors reject your instinctive knowing of this connection, go to an eastern doctor, perhaps an acupuncturist or an MD with alternative knowledge.
