I'm 28 years old I've been having pain when i ejaculate. a few years ago i noticed my semen was getting thick and clumpy. a few months ago i started having pain in my penis when ejaculating. it feels like the semen cant get past the tube in my penis that carries it. I've also noticed that there are little black fiber's in the semen

I know what you mean about the black fibers coming out in your semen, I looked at mine under a microscope and they appear to be a clump of bluish colored strands tangled together. No one seems to have a definite answer besides the snides remarks about lint from your underwear but I believe from my own research it has something to do with corpora amylacea. Im no doctor but its a better answer than" clean your underwear or you caught a std" that others like to say when they dont have it.
