If it has been 3-4 months, I wouldn't worry.
Part of the "feelings" from ejaculation is that the urethra, the tube carrying the semen or urine, gets "numbed" a bit by the semen passing through. Since it has been a while, you probably had a fairly good sized load and it just irritated the urethra a bit.
It should go away. It is not likely to be any infection.
