I have a few bumps around my anus, three on my upper thigh under my butt and one near the entrance to my vagina. The entrance looks like it has been slightly torn. I've also been experiancing white milky discharge. The bumps on my genitals are itchy. The bumps on my thigh are pea sized and have black centers. What could this be?
