I'm freaking out!!!
Can someone please help me understand what the heck this is.
Last night I took a shower, I was cleaning myself and I found a pea size lump next to my anus. It wasn't there the day before.

It's not bleeding. I don't have any bloody stools, it only hurts a little when I touch it, but it doesn't hurt when I do a No.2
I don't engage in any gay or sexual anal intrusion activity nor with or to my girlfriend.

However, during the morning I did do a No.2
I don't want to go to the doctor to discuss this embarrassing situation.

Please indicate what this is?
