I am 13 years old and I think my penis is not in the normal range. I have a 7.5 inch penis when erect and 2.5 when flaccid is this normal?

You're big. Big for a 13 year old and even big for an adult.

Average for a 13-14 year old is 3-4". Average for an adult male is 5.1" erect.

You might grow more, you might not. Your penis can grow into your early 20's.

You are still "normal."
