I missed one pill between days 3-21. I took it as soon as I remembered the next day along with my regular schedule and also had unprotected sex a week later.  When I didn’t  get my period during the 3rd day of placebo pills I became nervous and took a pregnancy test. It was negative. I waited until I finished the placebo pills and still no period and another negative test. Today is the day that I start a new pack and this morning I got my period. Should I be alarm and see my doctor ? This is my fifth month of taking TriNessa and only missed the pill once.
