Hi there, I think that I can help you out. It goes like this. Put your right knee in line with your left shoulder. Next thing you should do is to put your right foot just in front of your left knee. After this you should press your hips to the ground in the way that your weight is on your right leg. You will notice that your right knee will come very close to your left shoulder. That is about it.
