OK. I had my full period on 7/3 ending on 7/7 while on BC. I stopped my second pack of BC on the third day 7/10. The side effects were too much for me. Had a "period" on 7/16 ending 7/18. Pretty sure that's from stopping the pill. Anyway, had sex on 7/31 at 1am. Condom broke but I was sure I would have my period soon as I did not count the two day bleed on 7/16 as a period. out of curiosity i Took an ovulation test on 8/2 to see if I needed to buy the morning after. Ovulation test came back positive so I took next choice "plan b" around 10:30 pm, putting me at 69 hrs post sex. I'm not sure if the pill is working or not. I havent really had any symptoms other than cramps a week later that are still here. Its been 11 days since i took the pill. Period is two days late. Hopefully my cycle starts soon though... Anyone gotten pregnant off the pill even with taking it within 72hrs? I don't know when to expect my next cycle as I'm sure its thrown off I'll take a test next week if its not here. Thanks.
