Hi guys! I've read a lot of posts on this but not any that completely fit my story so I wanted your guys opinions. I had unprotected sex and then took the plan b pill about 50 hours later. I had my period at it's normal time with normal flow and then a week later I started spotting. I've been spotting for 15 days now! At first it was light and mostly brown discharge. but now i'm getting cramps and it's heavier and more red. I'm worried it's not going to stop!! Has anybody else had this problem? How long did your spotting last? I'm uninsured so I don't really want to go see a doctor but is there a certain time when i should (like a certain amount of days spotted) . HELP!! %-)

It sounds like you took the pill very late. It is not as effective as the preventive BC pill. So, taking it late would make it even less effective. Have you taken an hpt. This would answer your question, which I am sure that you have by now. Are you pregnant. If not, have you considered other, more reliable BC methods? I'd like to know how things have turned out for you and how you are doing now. What did you decided to do about BC methods? Please let me know.
