My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on 2/25/13 in the late evening around 8 or so but he did not ejaculate inside me. I took only one plan B pill on 2/27/13, which was about 1 day & a half after. On 3/1/13 I began feeling a little sore in my breasts and on 3/2/13 a little nausea. Are these plan B side effects?

I would say they are probably side effect because the Plan B is full of different hormones. The hormones will cause you to have different symptoms like sore breast and nausea. If you dont get your next period then I would suggest taking a pregnancy test.
