I am in the middle of a bout of polymyositis, after a period of remission. I knew that this would happen but I am taking it less well than I expected. I am sure that it will all be fine and pass again, but I am in serious need of tips on how to deal with the nasty rash polymyositis is causing. Has anyone got any?
