1 month ago had flu. Soon after resumed normal activity. 2 days after went on run & noticed extreme pressure in penis & not much came out and it was red, like blood. The pressure lasted 1-2 hours but drank a lot of water/cranberry juice then finally pressure subsided and urine went back to normal.
Since then,having multiple symptoms:
It started with a persistent but mild pain in groin area (both sides) for a few days. (Gone)
Discomfort in urethra when urinating. (Gone)A few days of tingling in my limbs (arms and legs). (Gone)
Irregular stool (sometimes regular, sometimes diarrhea)
Groin/abdominal discomfort on the right side (dull pain)
Feeling of acid in stomach (Goes away when I eat)
I am currently feeling intermittent nausea and headaches (Goes away when I eat)
Lower back ache (pre-existing)
I felt the last 2 were noteworthy because I have not felt this way when hungry prior to the incident.
Medical help I have sought so far: I had an X-ray on my upper and lower abdomen which came back as normal, STD/HIV tests which came back as negative, Urinalysis which came back as normal. Blood pressure is normal.
My doctor has referred me to a urologist "to make me feel better" but I'm not really sure what to ask for when I get there. But I kinda feel like since all these things have been mild and not life interrupting, she isn't taking me seriously.
I am 31 y/o healthy active male, 6'3" 185 lb, no prior health issues/history of cancer.
Any thoughts?
