Possible SSCD diagnosis in Houston....Need Surgeon

Hi

After 9 years of varying symptoms (pulsatile tinnitus, dizziness, brain fog) it appears I have SSCD.  The radiologist report reflected the finding and I'm now going back to my ENT for further review and hopefully a referral to a qualified neuro otolgist.

Question-I live in Houston and there's got to be several qualified surgeons. Can anywhere offer suggestions on who I might consider in Houston for final evaluation and surgery (if required)
