A week ago I had unprotected sex (which is fine, but I was on antibiotics so my birth control did not work). Afterwards I had very painful cramps and bloody/brown discharge. My lower back hurt and I kept having bloody discharge for the next couple of days. I got Plan B about three days later, but I'm still having the same cramps, mood swings, and constantly eating. Am I just imagining things? Or is the Plan B not working?

It doesn't necessarily mean that your birth control didn't work because of the antibiotic, it depends for how long have you been on birth control - I'm sure you know that even after you stop taking BC it takes some tame for fertility to return. Also, it depends on which antibiotics you were on. The most common thing they do is to cause spotting or longer periods and when you add Plan B which can cause all sorts of changes to your period and still do what it is supposed to do. Still, the best is to wait another week and do the pregnancy test, to put your mind at ease, if nothing else.
