I had sex on all my fertile days, four days after ovulation had some mild cramping that lasted a day then went away. My period is due to start tomorrow and I'm having some mild cramping. Menstrual cramps or could I be pregnant even with cramping?

You can still be pregnant with mild cramping. It is hard to tell the difference between pregnancy cramps and period cramps. They feel very similar. Pregnancy cramps usually subside in the first few weeks of pregnancy. If you had intercourse during your ovualtion you have a very high chance of being pregnant. Especially if you didn't use protection. I would highly reccomend a pregnancy test.
