I had some slight twinges of pain in my left side last night and was wondering if it could be implantation cramping? I am 7dpo. My last pregnancy I had some implantation bleeding, but none so far now. Many people say implantation cramps feel like cramps before AF. I have never gotten menstrual cramps, so that advice has not helped me. Can anyone explain in more detail? Something just feels a bit off this month. Thanks!

Its not period cramps because period cramps would be all over your lower abs and not on the left or right side only.
I have had a few crampings as well after having intercourse by a few days and lasted about a week, im trying to get pregnant. My cramps are all over but mostly quite low as in the utres area. Took 2 pregnanct tests before my period is due (tomorrow) and said negantive. Im also very tired, lazy, craving, constipated & gaspy.
My friend took a test day of her period and gave negative, missed her period and tested a week later, she was positive.
