pregnant? yes or no

okay here goes. i have been on birth control for 2 months now. for awhile i wasnt taking them on the right time and in 2 months i probably missed 4 pills. the first month i got my period just a few days early and t lasted maybe 6 days but it was kinda light. then this month, a week adn a half ago i started spotting. and it lasted for liek a week and a day. then it stopped for like 3 days and im suposed to get my period yesterday and it still isnt here. i had a little redish brown blood early in the morning....but no period yet. i am also very tired, and cry easily, and have been cramping for like 3 weeks. not major cramps just minor very minor. is there a chance i could be pregnant. please respond
