I'm sorry, but are you seriously asking this? Having a baby that - with all possible luck in the world - will be born into withdrawal? I think that you yourself know that neither of this is option - cold turkey after this large dose of heroin will put way too much strain on the mother's body that it definitely will be too dangerous for the baby and weaning off will mean that the pregnant woman will still be taking heroin which is just... Talk to the ob-gyn. You can't do anything here without strict medical supervision.
