Hi, I am a 26 years old male. I had a hemorrhoidectomy done two weeks and half ago... The pain for the most part, is gone though I still feel discomfort. But I was left with the feeling that a rough lump is inside my anus. everytime I pass my stool, it feels like that lump wants to come out too but can't. Anyone felt like that? And I also have yellowish/brownish smelly discharge (sometimes with fecal matter I think). When will it actually stop? The recovery process makes me a bit grumpy and stressed.... Not to mention I can't have sex or masturbate (two weeks post surgery) without having uncomfortable spasm in my anus during orgasm/ejaculation. The wait for total recovery is totally killing me. Any suggestion will be appreciated
