Thank you for this string. Yes! I get nosebleeds from red wine - but only if it has sulfites in it. Used to drink a couple of glasses each evening but had tiny red bumps on my belly & nosebleeds. Cut down to just weekends which helped - then last weekend tried a new wine without sulphites - no itchy bumps, no headache, and no nosebleed.

It's a hot July night. Air is dry. I didn't eat much today but did drink 3 glasses of wine this evening. My nose started bleeding a while ago. Not an exaggerated amount of blood but enough to remind me I hardly drank any water today either. This warm dry weather along with red wine (that dries out the sinuses) is a perfect combo for a nosebleed. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
