My uncle is 41 year-old male normotensive, nondiabetic presented to Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute And Research Centre, Delhi, India with c/o cough with expectoration for 5 week, weakness, hemotysis. CT thorax revealed centrally lying peribronchial mass with mild cuffing and robably extension to subcarnial fat areas with cc. satellite lesion right lower lung, Most probably right Ca lung. X-ray thorax PA view showed mass right lower lung. Bronchial Biopsy revealed haemotysis with mass right lower lobe. Bronchoenic Carcinoma.
