My Husband who is working abroad, underwent an operation on back of his neck for C6 and C7 in KMC, Manipal. The operation was successful. The operation was done by a small cut in his right side of the neck. Now after two years, the place where his right side of this neck was cut, just above that he started noticing 10 small lymphnodes. He underwent an biopsy test over there. Description in the biopsy test is as follows :
RIGHT CERVICAL LYMPHNODE
Impression : Shows features of necrotising Granulomalous inflamation with bacilli diagonistic of mycobacterial infection.
Culture : Myobactereum culture -bactecextra Pulmonary
Specimen : Tissue acid fast bacilli not seen.
Now that lymphnode become big like a marable and breaks. Lot of pus and blood and dirt comes out from this. He has NO PAIN. Again the doctor told him to undergo one test called FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATION CYTOLOGY (FNAC). doctor says nothing is found in that.
