Searing Pain!!

i am also having kind of the same problem and i want to know what it could be. i dont really want to go to the dr and it be just a muscle. i woke up last night to a really bad back pain :( and i tried to turn on my sides and that made it worse i had to lay on my back and then it eased up. i couldnt sleep so i got up and that was the worst pain. it literly felt like back contractions. they hurt. it hurt so bad i started crying. then when i sat down it hurt still so i lay down and i had to lay straight. and it eased up a lot but still a little pain. after a while i would sit up and i felt fine so i stood up and it all started again. the pain would wrap around my stomache and it felt like it was hard to breath. i woke up this morning and i felt fine so i stood up and a little pain. now its starting to get worse again. i was wondering could it be just muscle or could it be kidneys. its even making my boobs hurt, although they have been hurting for a while now. so i dont know. anybody have an answer.? thank you
