here's one a little out of the box for you.
I'm 25 and since my early teens I was able to suck my own penis with a bit of bending but over the years I
become alot less suple which meant more forceful bending but now I deeply regret doing that as I get lower back pain
and my spine doesn't seem to sit right in my back, I don't seem to be able to sit down without bending my back in an awkward
way and I feel as though I have to make an effort to sit up straight, my ribs also don't feel right to me.
As I said a bit out of the box but I need to know what damage I've done inside and how this will affect me in later life, i feel ashamed
and annoyed that I may have messed up my body just because I'm extremely experimental and have a huge sex drive

You may have strained your back, and as we grow older, less flexible is a real problem.
However, if you have been doing this right along, and you remained flexible prior to this, it is unclear why you would suddenly not be able to.
Have you limbered up before this stretching exercise?
