My partner and I have just finished a treatment for Chlamydia. We understand that we should wait seven days before having sex again :( but is that just for unprotected sex? If we use a condom wouldn't we be ok now?

i read on web md that after the treatment you need to go get checked again to make sure it is gone. you should be able to have protected sex. of course if there is any pain or discomfort for either of you, you guys should stop and talk to a doctor before having sex.
