It started two days ago an hour after I had a headache, which is unusual for me.  I took an ibuprofen and then an hour later, I experienced this sharp, stinging pain in my vagina came out of nowhere.  I resituated myself, got up hoping it would go away, but it lasted for about 30 minutes.

After that stinging stopped, I noticed it was hurting now to move around.  Any movement I make like sitting down, getting up, walking, going up the steps, turning in bed is hurting my vagina, but it's not that sharp pain I had when it began.  It's a sore pain that almost feels like something's in the way down there.  But I checked myself out in the mirror and I don't see any redness or bumps.

This pain during movement is only on the left side of my vagina.  If I open up my labia it doesn't hurt, and feeling around near the vaginal hole doesn't hurt, but when I'm standing or sitting I've tried pressing on the area midway down where I feel the pain radiating and it hurts when I press there also.  Does anyone have any idea what caused that sharpness to begin with, and now the pain while moving/pressing on the area?

Some extra info: -I'm a virgin and I've never been penetrated with anything, and I haven't masturbated recently, so it's not sexual-related.

-I'm not having any abnormal discharge, smell, itchiness or redness so I don't think it's a yeast infection.

-My mom thinks it's a UTI but it doesn't hurt more when I pee, and I've never heard of a UTI being associated with this kind of vaginal pain

-A week ago, and I don't know if it's related but since it was recent I thought I'd mention it, I had this weird pulsing down there that was accompanied with some pain.  It felt like when you have a muscle twitch only it was very sped up.  This lasted for maybe 10 minutes.
