She has been spotting for about two weeks, pregnant?

Ok, my girlfriend had her annual a few weeks ago so she took her period pills about 2 weeks early so she wouldnt have her period on that day, then she had her period and then ran out of pills for 2 days. Then she had the annual and got more pills and took one that night instead of the normal morning routine. Then she forgot the next day all together. Now she has been spotting for about two weeks.... her next period is in 13 days if it comes... Is she pregnant? I read that messing up her schedule can cause spotting.. we only had sex twice i believe and it wasnt during those two days she didn't have any pills. it was several days later. And i finished with the condom. We're both really worried though. She's going to consult her doctor soon but its driving me crazy.. Someone please shed some light?  Thank you, Brian
