Currently in a long distance relationship with my girl but when I was last in town we had sex, (this was a few months ago.) She has had her regular period but with the last couple of months she has complained about "bloating" like symptoms, like pain in the lower belly and she has passed a bit of blood that was not her period, "dark red." She got an X-ray the other week but has been to busy to follow it up, but the symptoms are still there. Should I be worried?

I wouldn't be worried about pregnancy. For one thing you say she's had her regular period. For another, they wouldn't risk an x-ray if they thought she was pregnant. Most likely she had a urine pregnancy test done to rule that out.
It could be any number of things. She really does need to follow up with her doctors.
