Should I take Plan B?

I am 19 and am on my first week of my first month of birth control (I did the Sunday start). On the day I would have taken my 7th pill, I had sex with my boyfriend and the condom broke but he didn't ejaculate yet. About 20 minutes later I took my 7th pill 3 hours late because I forgot. A few hours earlier he ejaculated but he peed before we had sex, is it possible that because I took my 7th birth control pill 3 hours late and that there may have been precum that I should take plan B?
