Sick with a cold, missed three pills, can I still get pregna

I've been sick with a cold for a week and I forgot to take two pills and by the time I realized, I just took three pills instead of doing the two per day rule. (I got nervous and just hastily threw them all in my mouth.)

My boyfriend and I had sex a few times while I was sick and now I'm worried that I could've gotten pregnant. I've had one ovary removed due to a cyst, I don't have a flu but a really bad phlegm-y cold, and I skipped two (or is three?) pills. Should I be worried?

I almost thought about getting the morning-after pill but it's the weekend and my gynocologist is closed and I hate going to clinics.
