Hi guest. Don't really understand your questions you want answered but testicles can come in many different sizes even in adults. When you say yours are small how small you talking?

Generally all testciles can make lots of sperm. While dr.s don't like to admit that bigger testicles usually do make more sperm and worry guys, its often true. But most men make so much excess sperm that testis size is not usually any issue. It how they work that matters. But the post above is right, different males have different sized and shaped male sex organs and almost all of them make babies and perform excellent during sex. So, ask your Dr. what is normal for you and if you have any medical problem. Or simply spend some time in locker rooms for free and compare your organ size with real men and boys who are not porn stars who are chosen for the huge size of their penis and testicles. Look online searching for "naked men", "men in showers" and "men skinnydipping to see real life and unposed naked photos of normal sized male sex organs to compare to your own and see how much different most men are from porn stars' huge genital sizes.
