Tight and small testicles

STOP.  See another urologist before you do anything.

Smaller testicles?  Compared to what?  The size does not relate to your fertility.  Your penis is well above average - 5.1" by a recent UK study.

How old are you?  The testicles in younger men usually DO NOT hang low.  As you age they tend to. 

Many varioceles DO NOT require surgery.  They can make your testicles "shrink" over time but having the surgery does not mean they will grow bigger.

Get a second opinion, please.

Thank you sir.im 24 yrs old.im telling that my testicles are very small because i have seen in somany sex videos they were having bigger testicles.if any man wears pants and sits then his testicles will give a shape but for me that shape will not appear.i am loosing my confidence with this problem.please suggest me sir.

The first thing I'll say is: NEVER compare yourself to anyone else. We all are all different. Second, NEVER compare yourself to what you see in porn. There is a reason they are there - most are more endowed than "normal" individuals.

You DO have a bigger penis than many males.

I do NOT believe you have a problem with your testicle size and how they hang in your scrotum.
