hi, im 22 year i had a medical abortion seven weeks ago and had a three day period three weeks ago.presently my breast is tender, i feel very sleepy and i have this slight pain to my left ovary for a week now, i dont feel the pain all the time but only when i lie on my stomach or press against it all day every day.i took a pregnancy test and it says negative, my period is one anda half week away.what could be the problem?
