Had abortion with pills but didn't take antibiotics and my breasts are black and having stomach pain

Hi im 25 I had a abortion a week ago from today Tuesday I didn't take any antibiotics and my breast still looks black n my back is cramping me slight belly pain wen I did the abortion my period was coming light I believed I was only between two to three weeks pregnant now from yesterday it start coming a little more heavy I don't have a unusually smell down there so I'm wonder if I have clots are is because I didn't take the antibiotics or the pregnancy wasn't fully complete......I forget to mention wen I went on the toilet I pass out something not big just small n ah little stringy like can u help plz
