Small black dot (smaller than a penny, bigger that size of pin point) on head of penis below hole

So, I recently was taking a shower and noticed this really small black dot on the head of my penis, below the hole but probably at the base of the head where it curves around, next to that webbing on the bottom. It's not annoying, I don't feel it at all, but it's just a little lump, hardly noticeable that it's a lump, black and just there. I'm pretty worried here.
