I am 19 years old. No health issues sexually or anything, ever since I was like 10 to now, I always noticed. On the backside of my penis, near the head of the penis. Its in the post where foreskin would roll up.
Most of my time I am fine, I hardly even masturbate, usually it is one a week. But there are times even during when I shower. When the water hits the spot that has the hole, it would hurt on the inside, and usually I can see if I have an erection if I pull out a light or get a light source if anything is in it, there has been times stuff has strangely gotten in there, I don't know how, sometimes I would clean it out with tweezers which is risky. but most 90% of the time I come out fine and no pain.But the point being, there are a lot of times I would sit down or like, whenever I touched that spot, it would hurt, like sharp. And that usually tells me there is something in it. And most of the time I can't find it, And I deal with this pain for like a month till it usually fades out and sometimes disappear whatever it may be. And I'd be fine for a month or two till another thing would get stuck in it. But most of the time nothing hurts. But there are times it feels like a sharp needle or something is literally digging into my skin from the pocket, you can look on the outside skin and there be no inflammation or anything, its within this pocket.
I wanna know if there is a way to get rid of this pocket or to like get some sort of medical treatment that can open the gap? It is literally right next to the right side of the penis where it curves. And if it was possibly some how cut out, or something it would connect and be fine. But right now, I am dealing with a lot of sharp pain again, which is why I am asking about this.

My advice would be to go see your doctor about it as it's hard to know what it could be by your description.
