Well I am only 13 years old so i am embarrassed to talk to my parents about things like this so this is why I am hear. For around 2-3 months now I have been having some problems abound the testicle area. when I went to masturbate one day I noticed that there was a small lump on both sides of my testicles. so I waited around a week then went to have a shower and I could feel the lump.Of course i should see my GP but its really embarrassing (especially at my age) plus I don't know how to tell my parents. And what sort of doctor should I visit thanks for reading/replying bye !!

Hey Jack
First thing to note, don't be too stressed about it - there is so many things it could be that aren't an issue.
Secondly, you are right, unfortunately you do have to see a doctor about it - it really is the only way to properly diagnose it (this will be a GP, your usual sort of Dr).
Now as for the discomfort of telling your parents / the doctor - I totally understand this (I was in the exact situation as you).  Firstly, no need to tell your parents - just book an appointment with your GP. You can request a male or female for this - some will find a female easier to talk to, some find a male easier to expose them self to.
Unfortunately, you really have to talk to your doctor, who will be able to tell you if it is an issue or not - then proceed from there.
But really, as I mentioned, try not to stress too much about it.  It is rather common, and I believe more often then not - it is not an issue.
Good luck Jack , and keep me posted.
Alex
