solution to dermatitis due to use of cloth during periods

i want to know the solution due to use of the tampons(cloths) instead of pads during periods.
the itching of the vulval region and burning micturition which is not relieved with the ofloxacin.which is very embarassing.
can i expect the answer at earliest possible
