hi my name is cathy i'am 23 years old and i took a pregnancy test on april 20 and it said postive so i went to the doctors and it also said postive and i have not had my period since march 15 and my period is always one time. Today i had a pain in my tummy so i went to the hosptial and they said my blood test came back negative but i have gained weigh and all the pregnancy signs of being pregnant. So i don't now what to do . Iam surpost to be 11 weeks and 5 days along . They did the ultrosound and they said they didn't see anything but i feel like iam pregnant. Could they be wrong and iam just stressed out to much??? Someone help me
