Im 16 (virgin) and i decided i wanted to start wearing tampons i bought a box and looked it a mirror at where its supposed to go and there is like this white thing blocking the whole hole! So it was not allowing me to insert a tampon but blood is still coming out. I tried to tell my mom about it but she was like theres nothing wrong. But like i cant even put my finger anywhere. It doesnt hurt its just kinda scary that i have this thing that isnt normal down there. I dont think its my hymen because its thick. What is wrong with me??? Please help!

It could also be that you have a perforated hymen and not a normal one.

I have the exact same thing although mine changes colour from dark to light. I looked at it today and there's a lump of top of the big lump and I'm really scared. I've been treated for thrush but I don't know what else this could be. I'm also only 15 and am a virgin.
