I started a new birth control pill at the beginning of February. I started to bleed and it look like i was having my period for a whole 2 1/2 weeks. I stopped taking the pill. I never got my period at the beginning March and now it is approaching April. I haven't had unprotected sex with my bf while i was not on pills. Should i be worried about the extended bleed messing with my period, or should I be concerned that i may be Pregnant?

Prolonged bleeding and irregular bleeding is a side effect of coming onto the pill for the first time, it's called breakthrough bleeding. You should have already known this from the leaflet in the pill packet or from consultation with your doctor when s/he told you the side effects or at least from basic research of the pill on the net.
Now you have suddenly stopped taking the pill it will have messed your cycle up a lot, and depending on how long your periods were apart before you went on your pill, it may take time for your natural cycle to come back.
okay questions:
Which day of your pill cycle did you stop taking the pills?
Did you have any unprotected sex at all? if so, which day of the cycle was it?
Generally, it should just be the hormones messing up your cycle because you stopped halfway through a cycle.
However, there is a risk if you had unprotected sex and stopped taking the pill a day or so after. The moment you stop taking the pill it stops protecting you, and sperm will live in your body for up to 5 or so days waiting for an egg to be released (or the effects of the pill to wear off!!!)
so please reply with the questions I asked as soon as you can!!!
