Hello. I have some questions and I hope I will get some answers to them.
I'm 34 year female and I fight a battle with my overweight almost all my life but I could say for my self that I belong to those people who have tried every diet known to man and just keep getting fatter.
Recently I have found that I'm not alone.
Some Susan Powter wrote a book about my problem and I couldn’t found it anyhow. I believe this book could really help me feel better by my self at least.
Any hints!?

Well I could tell you some facts about the book because I have just read it and I'm thrilled with it. The book is called Stop the Insanity!
I suffer from almost same problem like you and we could say that Suzan is on of us, also.
She is writing about the fact that sometimes we don’t need to eat less to reduce our weight, on the contrary, sometimes we actually need to eat more.
The bottom line is that you should eat more of the right kinds of food - high quality protein, complex carbohydrates, fruit and vegetables.
Of course, you should get some exercise on a regular basis.
Buy a book; you will be filled with enthusiasm after, I guarantee you that!
