Sometimes (just about once every two months) when i turn my head i get a sudden pain in the lower right side of the back of my head. Its not as superficial as the skin but not very deep, the depth of it is best compared to the depth of a muscle i think. It is very hard to describe what it feels like, but its like a swift sting that will hurt for about 10 seconds and then everything is back to normal again. I feel a warm sensation when it happens almost like there's blood floating inside or something (It is really hard to explain).  To describe the location better here's a picture: It is almost exactly located at the right one of the two round 'muscle-like' object in the back head.

Anyone with an idea of what it is? :-)
