the result of my xray is suspicious hazy and streaky densities seen in both lung fields. The rest of the lungs are clear. Tracheal air column is at the midline. The heat is not enlarged. both hemidiaphragms and costophrenic sulci are intact. The rest of the included structures are unremarkable. IMPRESSION: Suspicous bilateral upper lung densities. ALV study suggested

What does it mean when upper lung nodulocalcific and fibrotic tb lesions are noted? The rest of the lungs are clear. Heart, costophrenic sulci, and other osseous structures are intact.
