Hi guys... I just want to ask if what is the meaning of "Apico lordotic shows no infiltrates" .. I had my x-ray last day.. and the result says.. "Suspicious densities, right apex apico lordotic view suggested" and after i repeat my x-ray the result is "Apico lordotic shows no infiltrates" and the remarks was NORMAL CHEST.. I had a pneumonia this year. but I know it's gone before I take the x-ray last day.

Infiltrates would be just that, images that should NOT be present on the x-ray, usually scar tissue. Not seeing infiltrates is a GOOD sign.
Normal chest, your x-ray is "unremarkable" (normal).
