After having unprotected sex with a girl I just met, I didn't shower that day and the next day I felt my penis head was rubbing against my jean and it felt like it was being scratched so I thought nothing of it. But then when I looked at my penis, I saw it was swollen and had red bumps on it as if it was irritated by not having it properly cleaned. Or I'm thinking if it is an std. I would really appreciate your help. Please let me know what your opinion is on my situation, thanks.

Oh I forgot to mention. It has been two days now and of course I showered that following next morning and now my penis still feels a bit irritated when it rubs against my jeans. And after I clean my penis, my foreskin seems to swell up some more too. When swollen it seems like it swollen up 3x its normal size. It's very worrying because I have had unprotected sex many times and didn't shower that night and this never has happened to me before.
